Pre-order for a custom handwriting mug, you can submit a note from a loved one, a drawing from your child or even your own writing for a sweet gift to a loved one.
- Single or double sided
- 10 word maximum per side
- Wheel thrown stoneware mug
- Customer to submit handwriting within 10 days of purchase. Please email to hello@mandimcwhirt.com or DM me on instagram @mandi.mcwhirt and include your order # (not your confirmation #) Delay in sending handwriting could delay turnaround time. The transfer is a tracing of the handwriting, to make it as accurate as possible make sure the paper is flat and camera is straight on. The transfer of the handwriting and or drawing is traced to the best of my ability.

Made to order items may vary slightly from images provided in shape, size and overall appearance. These pieces are 100% handmade, I do my very best to replicate so you know what to expect when receiving your order, however, please keep in mind all pottery is one of a kind.

You are purchasing a one of a kind handmade item. Each piece may vary slightly in size, shape, color and design. These differences are not considered flaws but signs of being handmade.
CARE
Pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe. I do still highly suggest hand-washing for longevity of your piece.
FOOD SAFE
All clays and glazes are food safe.
SHIPPING
Ready to ship item orders will be shipped within 3-5 days from date of purchase via USPS or UPS, depending on what customer selected at checkout. If you place a pre-order, the turnaround time to create your mug and ship is stated on listing. If you place an order for a pre-order as well as a ready to ship item, all items ship together once pre-order is completed unless you place separate orders.
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $150.00 (applies to USA orders only).
Shipping boxes are recyclable & packing peanuts are biodegradable.

Please use code: LOCAL at checkout to eliminate shipping costs & then send me a message so we can coordinate pickup time in Norco, CA.
MUG & CUP SIZING
Mugs are approximately 16oz. give or take, unless stated otherwise in description.
Short cups still hold about 16oz and tall cups about 20oz.
SHOP POLICIES
All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@mandimcwhirt.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include clear pictures of the item as well as the box it arrived in.
If you purchased a Sale item, make sure you look at the images and read description. Some items are marked down because they need to be cleared out and others are on sale due to a notable flaw. In the case of a flaw, it will be clearly shown in images and / or noted in description.

Mandi McWhirt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is in the hands of the USPS. Please keep an eye on the tracking so your package is not left outside. If your package is stolen you can file a claim with USPS using tracking #.
