MUG 6/86 BATS

You are purchasing a one of a kind handmade item. Each piece may vary slightly in size, shape, color and design. These differences are not considered flaws but signs of being handmade.

Pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe. I do still highly suggest hand-washing for longevity of your piece. 

All clays and glazes are food safe.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days from date of purchase via USPS or UPS, depending on what customer selected at checkout.

Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $150.00 (applies to USA orders only).

Shipping boxes are recyclable & packing peanuts are biodegradable.

All mugs are standard size, holding approximately 12-16oz. unless stated otherwise in description.

Adding an item to your cart does not mean it is safe from other shoppers, everything is up for grabs until checkout is complete. If you have your eye on a specific mug, I’d suggest checking out right away and coming back for more if you want to continue shopping. If you place multiple orders I will combine / refund shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@mandimcwhirt.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include clear pictures of the item as well as the box it arrived in. 

If you purchased a Sale item, make sure you look at the images and read description. Some items are marked down because they need to be cleared out and others are on sale due to a notable flaw. In the case of a flaw, it will be clearly shown in images and / or noted in description.

Mandi McWhirt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is in the hands of the USPS. Please keep an eye on the tracking so your package is not left outside. If your package is stolen you can file a claim with USPS using tracking #.
