HANDMADE

You are purchasing a one of a kind handmade item. Each piece may vary slightly in size, shape, color and design. These differences are not considered flaws but signs of being handmade.

If item is discounted, check for reason in description. 

CARE

Pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe. I do still highly suggest hand-washing for longevity of your piece.

FOOD SAFE

All clays and glazes are food safe.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days from date of purchase via USPS or UPS, depending on what customer selected at checkout.

Shipping boxes are recyclable & packing peanuts are biodegradable.

SHOP POLICIES

All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@mandimcwhirt.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please include clear pictures of the item as well as the box it arrived in.

If you purchased an item from the Seconds Sale page, it is understood that you have read the description & are aware of that items flaws if any were noted.

Mandi McWhirt is not responsible for damage that happens to pieces while in your procession.

Mandi McWhirt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is in the hands of the USPS. Please keep an eye on the tracking so your package is not left outside. If your package is stolen you can file a claim with USPS using tracking #.

SHOPPING TIPS

My mugs are typically on the larger size ranging from 10-20oz, each listing will note if it falls within a standard or large size.

Standard: 10-15oz

Large: 16-20oz

I do shop updates every 6-8 weeks, sometimes the shop will sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not mean it is safe from other shoppers, everything is up for grabs until checkout is complete. If you have your eye on a specific mug, I’d suggest checking out right away and coming back for more if you want to continue shopping. If you place multiple orders you can also message me to combine / refund shipping costs. Please message me right away as I do usually start packaging up orders immediately.
